Baidarka

This is the first skin-on-frame kayak I built, a replica of the Hearst/Lowie baidarka, from Wolfgang Brinck's book. I started it in 1997-1998 and finished in 1999. I made some small departures from Wolfgang's design, trying to make it as authentic to David Zimmerly's survey of the original [PDF] as I could.
